How bad will Fenugreek make me smell?

I'm currently taking 4 3x's a day. I just upped it from 3 3x's a day. I upped it because everything I read says if you can't smell it, it isn't enough. Well, I still can't smell anything, not anywhere or in my urine. So.....who knows. My supply did increase, but I want it to go up more.

I've been taking 4 3x's a day, too. Early on I was using a different brand and taking them only 2 3x's a day, and I smelled like maple syrup. I don't know if this other brand just isn't as potent/smelly? It's got the same amount of fenugreek and now I'm taking 4 3x's a day, and no maple scent. I'm afraid to up the dose much higher, though!

What brand is your fenugreek? I get mine from vitamin world

The first bottle I bought was because I didn't want to wait, so DH went to Whole Foods and got Nature's Way Fenugreek. After that we ordered from Puritan's Pride (where we get most of our vitamins and supplements).

Also, which Mother's Milk tea do you drink? I started on Traditional Medicinals Mother's Milk, and then my DH ordered a bulk supply of Yogi's Nursing Supply tea from Amazon (I think he got it because it was slightly less expensive). Surprisingly I prefer the Traditional Medicinals with its licorice flavor, over the chamomile taste of the Yogi.

I have no smell. I started off taking pills, but now I take a tincture. I take 5ml three times a day. I like syrup. I wish I smelled like pancakes.

I had to stop taking them. I like syrup too, but not smelling it all day long. It was super strong..

I think it did make me smell, and I didn't think it was really doing very much for my supply so I stopped using it. I wish it would have worked for me....
