Re: headaches

I get them all the time! I have migraines when I'm not pregnant and saw a decrease with my last two pregnancies, but for whatever reason they were worse this time. Luckily once I hit about 14 weeks they slowed some and now I don't have a headache every day. The best thing I have tried is cool wash cloths with a little peppermint and lots of water. Sorry mama, I feel your pain!

Yep, third pregnancy for me and with all three... headaches started right at the end of the first trimester and last for a few weeks, then get better for me.

A migraine is what tipped me off to take a pregnancy test. I only get them when preggo! I had another migraine a few weeks later, but now I'm just suffering from lots of "normal" headaches. I drink extra water to try to alleviate the pain, but will take a tylenol when it's really bad.

I'm having tension headaches, too. Tylenol doesn't help enough; is there anything that does? Medicine? Facial massage? Acupuncture?

i took reglan when i was pregnant with my son and got migraines. i plan to ask for this again at my next appt. the tension headaches are worse, i think, because the pain goes all the way down my back. i hope they ease up soon though because i really don't want to have these for 6 more months.
