What kind of apples? I usually get sweet apples like macintosh and just add cinnamon, nothing else, and it's fabulous. Sometimes I mix apples and pears, gala, fuji, all of those don't need much to make a great sauce.

Today was a frustrating day. I accidentally dropped my cell phone at the off leash dog park. I walked around it again in crazy hot water to try to find it then went to suspend the account. I went back a few hours later and found my phone but I took a different way home and I didn't realize an area was a playground and I got a massive speeding ticket.

The kids are getting ready for bed and I'm hoping they go down easily so I can sit and knit. I'm done for the day. A glass of wine might be needed tonight.
