Ultrasound thread anyone?

I know not everyone gets ultrasounds done or likes to share ultrasound pics, but I thought it might be fun to share for those who want!

What a great idea for a thread! I haven't had an u/s yet and don't know when I will. Maybe just the anatomy scan at 16-20 weeks. We do have a little u/s type machine at my work (ER nurse) but it is really for traumas to see if there is blood in a patients belly or fluid around the heart, etc. docs also use it to see early preg but I am not a pro at it and I couldn't tell if I was looking at my bladder or uterus. Haha.

They consider me high risk since we did IVF. Because of that I have had an ultrasound every week so far. here are mine from about 6 weeks, 7 weeks, and 8 weeks. Here is my perfect baby! I love hearing his or her heartbeat.

This was our dating ultrasound. 7 weeks, 5 days here!

It's amazing how much these babies are growing and changing each week, eh? I mean, I know they're still teeny tiny, but they're still like doubling in size each week - and growing brains and organs to boot!
No wonder I'm hungry and exhausted!

I love the progression. I turned down a copy of our first US at 6 weeks (egg sack and yolk), but I have 8 and 9. Now I wish I had the 6 week, too!
