Diaper Swappers

I was thinking about getting a pair or two of these for my ds for this winter but I have no idea what to look for? I was looking on etsy but they are so pricey, any suggestions/recommendations? I would like to buy new. Or does anyone know of any crochet tutorials on how to make them? That might be an idea too. I know how to crochet but not knit.

We use wool 100% for my dd, and LOVE it! My favorite is Sustainablebabyish, but I also love Wild Coconut Wear, and Bumby.

ETA: They may seem expensive, but the brands I recommended have a good resale value.
