Re: Constipated Toddler
My DD didn't poop for 5 days a week or so ago. She squats down in a corner or somewhere kind of hidden whenever she needs to poop and we'd see her doing that everyday, but was never actually able to poop. On about day 3 I took some dried prunes and tore them up to look like raisins (which she loves). She ate about 4 whole prunes but it was still another 2 days before she pooped, but when she did it was huge and OMG a mess!

Re: Constipated Toddler
I think poor Mister passed his problem, but we're still having lots of pee accidents (and this evening, he even pooped in his bed!) He potty learned this time last year, he doesn't have accidents that often, so I think the constipation is causing this (right?)
What could I add to our diets for fiber? We give fruit with peels on, saw that mentioned. More cereals maybe? Maybe more crackers? What kind can I look for? (BTW, we stopped buying many many name brand cereals for other reasons) Or, what could I buy at a place like Whole Foods and mix into other foods I make?
