boba 3g strap color running. heeeelpp!

I just got a Soho. Like literally just got it today brand new. I washed it in the tub because i was afraid the black woukd run on my clothes. It was fine when i took it out. Left it dry in the sun and now there are black dye spots all over the front panel. Help! How do i fix it?

I think they recommend against washing don't they? I wish I could help mama. I love mine and would be super upset if that happened.

Boba is awesome! They are sending me a new carrier and a shipping label to return mine to them. I always loved my boba and their cust svc is just great too.
