To purchase, you will be sent an amount that includes your item(s) plus shipping. You can pay via paypal funds (no echecks). Checks through snail mail are also acceptable but we do not ship until check has cleared.

Shipping costs: We ship via the USPS in flat rate boxes. These boxes are sent priority with delivery confirmation. You are welcome to inquire about a particular shipping cost before committing to sending a payment for items. Items will be sent in a manner that protects the products as best as possible from damage that may occur via transit but we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the USPS service.

Refund policy: We do not currently offer refunds, especially on custom orders. All items are sold "as is". Please keep in mind that these are hand crafted, individually created items. There may be minor differences in paint color, sizing, wood grain, etc. We may consider offering a refund on a case-by-case basis but it is up to us whether an exception is made. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost by the USPS service. We strive for excellent customer service, fast shipping and quality products!

Custom orders: Generally, requesting a different paint color on an "in stock" item is not considered a custom order. All of our products can be created in a "natural" finish or painted.
Custom orders would include the creation of a new product pattern or any special requests outside of our basic in stock items. Any additional charges for a custom order would be disclosed before the creation of such an item. Feel free to message us if you have any ideas about a particular item!

Products We strive to use American made supplies in order to create our items. We feel it is important to support "Made in the USA" manufacturers. We also use non-toxic, child friendly paints and sealants. If you have a particular question about our products, please ask before purchasing.

More about our products Our products are made from quality materials. We use popular wood and then seal our products with a beeswax and jojoba oil sealant. Wheels and wand handles are pre-manufactured. All items are created with children in mind. Items can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Never submerge items in water or use other cleaners on them. Additional sealant can be purchased in order to re-seal items and further protect products. We do not guarantee any length of time on our products because the life of the product does depend on the use and treatment by the individual.

Safety concerns All of our current products are created for children. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to properly supervise their child during play. We strive to eliminate any safety concerns but cannot be held responsible should a product be used improperly and harm a child. Please consider all products carefully before purchasing.

Our Vehicles

Custom created Jeep! You will not be able to find this exact item anywhere! Jeep measures 6" length by 3.75" heighth by 2.25" width. Each Jeep is $10.

Custom created Truck! You will not be able to find this exact item anywhere! Truck is cut from popular wood and measures 7" length by 3.75" heighth by 2.25" width. Each Truck is $10.

Our SUV measures 7" length by 3.75" heighth by 2.25" width. Each SUV is $10.

Our Tractor measures 6.25" length by 4" heighth by 2.25" width. Each Tractor is $10.

Our VW bug measures 5.5" length by 3.25" height by 2.5" width. Each VW bug is $8

Our special edition police car measures 8.5" length by 3" height by 1.75" width. Each police care is $12.

Our special edition police SUV measures 9" length by 4" height by 2.5" width. Each police SUV is $12.

Our special edition Fire truck measures 10.75" length by 4.5" height by 2.5" width. Each Fire truck is $15.

Our stackers and playsets

Haystack Stacker measures 6.5" length by 5.5" heighth by .75" width. Mountain stacker measures 5.75" length by 5" heighth by .75" width. Each Stacker is $10.

Our Rainbow stacker measures 8" length by 4.25" heighth by .75" width. Each Rainbow is $20.

Our Castle play set measures 21" length by 7.75" heighth by .75" width. Eash Castle is $20. It is important to note that Castles do fold up flat and do not come with any additional play pieces included.

Our Barn play set measures 17.75" length by 7.25" heighth by .75" width. Each Barn is $20. It is important to note that Barns do fold up flat and do not come with additional play pieces.

Animals and People

Our Horse measures 5.25" length by 4.5" heighth by .75" width. Our Pony measures 3" length by 2.5" heighth by .75" width. Each Horse is $8. Each Pony is $4. Horses and Ponies do not have to be purchased as a set.

Our Unicorn measures 6" length by 4.25" heighth by .75" width. Each Unicorn is $10.

Our Large Dragon measures 8.75" length by 6" heighth by .75" width. The Large Dragon comes with a removable flame but can be created without this part (removable flame is a choking hazard for younger children). We can also create a Large Dinosaur by using this pattern but removing the wings and flame. Each Large Dragon/Dinosaur is $10.

Small Dragon measures 5" length by 4.5" heighth by .75" width. Each Small Dragon is $6. We can also create Small Dinosaurs by using this pattern without the wings!

Our Royal Set contains 5 characters. The Royal Set characters measure from 1.75" to 2.5" length by 3.5" to 4.75" hieghth by .75" width. We currently offer the Royal Set in "natural" only. The Royal Set is $15 for all 5 pieces.

Misc. Items

The full wand, with handle included, measures from 2.75" to 3" length by 11.75" to 13" heighth by .75" width. Wands can be purchased in three shapes: a moon, a star and a heart. Feel free to message us if you would like to see an additional shape added to our Wand collection! Each Wand is $6. Wands are purchased individually (not necessarily in the set of three as pictured).
