Ice pack to flip a baby?

Anyone ever used an icepack to flip a breech baby? I'm only 26 weeks but his kicks hurt when he is head up, so I've got an ice pack on my belly to try to flip him, since he's awake right now.

I've never heard of this, but I'm intrigued! My SIL is 30 weeks and her baby is breech, and due to complications would probably end up with a section if baby stays breech...hopefully she flips soon. I'd love to know if the ice pack works for you!

I have heard the putting peppermint essential oil on top makes them maad and flip! But I am only speaking on doterra oils as they are safe.

I've heard of it before.

So, what's the verdict? Did it work?

Well I haven't done the ice pack since my OP, lol, but he seemed to still be breech since then, and possibly just now today is back to being head-down (for now, crazy kid still flips, lol).

I was feeling distinct movements from all four limbs during my non-nap today, so I'm about 85% sure he's vertex. (But posterior, since the limbs were so easy to feel, lol.) Hey, one thing at a time, right? lol
