We flipped our last LO at, around 30 wks (IIRC?) using a pack of frozen peas.

It worked.

After she was head down, I did some deep squats. I also sat in a squatting position holding onto something for a good 10 mins or so. She got head down and nice and low.

She didn't flip breech again, but every 3-4 days or so, she would wiggle into a vertex position, she liked to wedge her head into my right hip bone.

We'd just pop out the peas and move her. in the evenings before bed.

Eventually I guess she got too big to do that or something. She stopped and stayed head down.
