We use the Blueberry coverall, snapped to the medium rise snap (she's on a small with flats/prefolds). Works great!

And Motherease Airflows ssand23 - I knew there was something else on my mind to investigate (sigh) I have no time for shopping!

I can fit a Thirsties Size 2 over my SB, although I usually use them under wool. They are bulky, but very absorbent. The only other non wool cover I've tried over them (and worked well) was a Wonderwrap I bought off of another FSOT board.
