Erica- If you do a private adoption with no agency, it would be less than 5k. Some employers have adoption assistance programs. Plus a lot can be returned from tax credits.

Yes, she is my first cousin's wife. Not his baby though. They were separated at conception. CPS is involved with her first son. Their house is infested with bed bugs. She locks him in his room all day with a sippy. He's 22 months. I could go on. It was the right decision. I give her props for that. She could have aborted or left her in a dumpster but she didn't.
