Re: KAL ~ Knit something FUN or New! Sept 23-29

I am so slacking... only on row 53 of my tattered. I really never want to knit flat again. Knitting ITR makes me happy

I'm waiting to hear back from both places. And, after I pick him up today we might have time to go check both places out. No real plan B yet.

DH decided not to yell at the classroom teachers because there were kids there. He called the director and asked to set up an appointment with her, but of course she hasn't called back. If she tries to talk to me when I pick him up today I will not be nice and will tell her what she is supposed to do when a person calls and leaves a message.

And, work has been unusually quiet today. But, I'm still not getting much done.

Oh, and Mindy I like that sweater too. I see why Pixie thinks she needs it.

Had a nice long walk with the kids tonight, Pixie walked almost 3/4 of a mile holding my hand till we got to the bank. She's getting so big I can't even believe it.

I have 8 oz of BFL ready to list on my store, I'll get a pic of it tomorrow, very soft and floofy.
Sorry for the migraine! I've noticed while pregnant my immune system is all funky. With my boys I got weird rashes that my doctor wasn't sure if it was shingles, but anytime I would scratch the an itch...the rash would spread to that area. Odd. This time, my ears are super sensitive to the earrings I wear. They must be gold, platinum, etc. Baby must be a high maintenence girl

Glad you're getting compensated more. Poor guy, thats a long time to be at daycare. Can't wait to see your yummy menu. Maybe fun stuff? Homemade veggie pizza, homemade mac n cheese, soups, etc. Those are all my boys fav comfort foods.

IMHO- Of course! You have 2 kiddies and they're both occupied and safe.

But, if you are working at a daycare then, I don't think you should have personal time like that.
I agree!

looks great!!I need a handspun sweater now

please motivate me somehow to pickup all those sts. I'm dragging my feet. If there was a way to call it done as is, I would do it. It is a big curly mess right now w/all the stockinette edges, I can't even really tell how it is going to fit me. Here is is almost time to pick up the kids again and I feel like I've done nothing today. ugh.I haven't been able to pick up the sweater since Sun

Re: KAL ~ Knit something FUN or New! Sept 23-29

We just got done with EI appointment to get the results of both kids' evaluations they had, it only took two hours. Both A and M will be getting speech therapy, OT, PT, feeding therapy and alllllll the other things that are needed I am so glad they will be getting services here at the house, because that means one less drive out to the city .

Karen, I couldnt see pictures via the app yesterday and I was gone so I couldnt check on the computer. Link me to your FO sweater pics, please? I saw Cassie's sweater (J is and the sweater is a great color on him. You did a good job on the zipper, too!) but I couldn't get your pictures to load.
