The conclusion I came to is that there isn't anything I can do about it if there is something wrong....so why start the stress/anxiety game so early? I went at 16 weeks with DD, and trust me, they ALWAYS find something to worry about. I can't stand it! As long as I know at the very end whether or not my baby needs to be delivered where there is a level III NICU, that's all I care about.
Oh this is just a different MFM group but I have lupus and mamas with lupus have a high chance of having a baby with congenital heart disease. The earlier and quicker they find it there are some things they can try to stop the damage. I agree with what they do. I was just hoping that since I have two babies with healthy hearts they would let me cut back more but since its a new group they arent totally comfortable with that. This babies chances are very small since its the third and the other two are healthy. Its ok, I just have to figure out how I'm going to make it to so many appts with a 2 1/2 yr old and a 15 mo.

I'll take the pringles but not the candy. I could leave the candy at the door this pregnancy. Definitely dont have a sweet tooth.

Re: Lil Shamrocks - Week of Sept 24

Is anyone else feeling really good at this point... but not so obviously big that you always remember you're pregnant?

I'm 14 weeks now, sour stomach is long gone. The girls aren't sore anymore - still big, but not sore. Not up to pee all night long... so the days are just ticking by and I forget more often than not that this is REAL! My hubby even said to me last night - "are we REALLY doing this again!?!" lol! Hoping the only thing that changes in the next couple weeks is that I start to feel movement. Other than that, I'm good with feeling great most of the time!

Can I have some of those great feelings? I still have nausea a lot but I am throwing up less. The girls still hurt and my back is achy. I think I am just now realizing that teaching 16 units with twin toddlers at home while pregnant was a really really bad idea. I am SOOOO b*tchy!

My back pain let up quite a bit so I'm feeling nearly normal. My bump is teeny so I forget too sometimes. Plus we have everything we need for this kid to be born tomorrow so it's kind of strange not having a lot of things to prepare for babywise.

I spoke too soon - it's 2am and I can't sleep - so I guess insomnia is a new symptom? lol! I also have a weird belly ache though - can't decide if it's from the boston creme donut after dinner (had that instead of cake for dd's 5th bday)... or if it feels more crampy... just feeling icky.

Oh my goodness insomnia has been kicking my butt this past week! I can't sleep until 1-2am now for some reason. It's awful!

Waiting for some of those good feeling juju over here. I'm still getting migraines every other day or so. At least the allergies have eased up since the temps have cooled off.

I'm feeling better...still not 100% as I've got mild nausea and lots of food aversions still. Oh and the insomnia! I feel best after 9pm, so I get a bunch of energy and don't want to go to bed. I fall asleep around 1am most nights, then feel awful at 7:30 when the kids wake up.

I still have weird intenstinal issues, too. I woke up from a sound sleep the other night with terrible cramps. At least I could tell the difference between uterine and intestinal issues, or I'd have panicked!
