It seems he's a 5/6 in US sizes.

The boy is HUGE!

Made it throu the day at school despite being Ah well. Gotta keep on keeping on as long as I can. 4 teachers at my school were out sick today. Fun times. Ru is working tonight. E and I got home at 5:45 and I made baked chicken fajitas for supper. We had large tortillas tonight, and E ate a whole one stuffed with chicken, cheese and salsa, with peppers and avocado on the side. That boy can eat!

I have to admit it's the first thing I thought was "aren't those owls?"

on the appointment Kari. FWIW, E has a very very big head (at one point our doc wanted to schedule us for an MRI, but then when he calculated his head growth pattern it was normal) and wide set eyes and he does not have a syndrome. But I guess it is good that they want to cover their bases? I hope that there isn't anything underlying.

I could use a nap. Instead I need to fix something in my handout for the parent open house on Thursday, get E showered and in bed, and finish planning for tomorrow.

Good lord! If he needs 5/6 then I don't have any woolies that would fit him. Ian is truly a 2 or 3T in the waist, but needs the length of a 4 or 5T pants. He's 42" tall though, not 36". Total beanpole.

So wouldn't a 5/6 be way too long if he has a 12" inseam? Mel and Ru probably would be the one to know about this stuff, both the sizing and big boys.

I could measure E's inseam if you would like, Janine. E currently wears a size 5 (to short) or 6 (too big in waist) pants. He is currently 48" tall - that's 122cm. Fun fun! We are not buying any new items at all in a 5, but at the same time some stores 5/6 are way way too big on him. It's kind of a pain!

Sadie is about 43" and wears a size 4 bottom and a 5 or 6 top. She is only 38 pounds because she doesn't sit still.
