1st day at the gym & 1st day with a trainer..

6 a.m. came way too quick this morning & I wanted to say lots of not nice things to my trainer. LOL. But I have no self discipline & I would have quit as soon as I got tired and he kept me going. So while I hated him then, I like him now. I feel better today, more energetic. Although my legs feel like jello. Squats & lunges are horrible things.

Great job at sticking with it. It is nice to have that trainers motivation helping you through. Always remember that you are never going to regret doing a workout but will regret the one you skip.

Lunges are the devil, lol.

Dh and I are joining the 'local' Y (read 35 mi away) for x-mas. We won't be getting a trainer but will be motivating each other. Hopefully it'll work out well.

The only excercise motivation I've ever had was the Army ROTC (THAT was motivating) but they were a little too motivating, I ended up passing out more than once.
