Blessed with children, Struggling for more Week of September 17th
This thread is for women that have children who are trying to have more and struggling with infertility (IF). You fall into the IF category if you have been trying for more than a year or if you have known fertility issues. Some have secondary IF and some have primary IF. Some of us are TTC naturally and some need treatments of some type. All are welcome!
We also have women who are praying to make it. Due to prior losses or IF they don't feel like they should join a due date board till after the first 12 weeks. We are truly happy to support you as you transition. Please just keep in mind that we are a group of woman struggling with IF and be sensitive to that as you post. If you put a pregnancy ticker or smiley in your signature, please turn off your signature when you post in this thread. Thank you! Please note: When your information needs to be updated, please highlight the area that needs to be updated. This will make it easier for me to update you. If you'd like to be added please post your info using the format below. Please note: I remove names if you are inactive for one month. Re: Blessed with children, Struggling for more Week of September 17th
Good Morning Everyone!
Wow- last week got pretty quiet here. Is there anything I can do to help us out with the thread and support? Do you guys want something like a question of the week or something else that is a little more fun? Let me know! Jennifer- How are you????? Does anyone know much about ovarian cysts? Is there anything I can do to try to get rid of it? I'm so worried that I still have it- I have had cramping lately. Do you think it is still because of the fertility meds I took? or maybe it is just nature? Maybe it's my diet? Hope everyone has a great Monday! I am ready for the weekend already

Re: Blessed with children, Struggling for more Week of September 17th
I was thinking the same thing! So quiet. I don't have anything to add really. I'm feeling better about the loss. Went shopping with my mom this weekend. That gave me a nice pick-me-up that I really needed. Other than that, as far as fertlity wise we're just in a holding pattern again.
I know nothing about cycsts, sorry. And Jennifer, I agree, where are you, how are you doing?

Re: Blessed with children, Struggling for more Week of September 17th
Sorry for the limited participation. I am expecting my last injection next week and then we will have to wait until it is out of my system to start trying. I can't wait. My best friend just told me she is pregnant. I am excited for her but I am just crushed as well. I was really hoping to be pregnant at the same time. ( I secretly also don't want us fighting over who's baby gets to be baby Jesus so this may be a good thing, LOL) Not much going on for me really and it may be Jan until we get to start trying.

Re: Blessed with children, Struggling for more Week of September 17th
Sorry I dropped away. Busy weekend canning and now I am just starting to see the light of day and I don't think this cycle worked.
I have been pregnant 4 times. I know what it feels like and this ain't it. I POAS yesterday and it was stark white. I wrote the IVF lady yesterday and said I would test on Thursday (Beta is Friday) and I will let her know if is by some miracle positive. I need more PIO if it was. However I really don't think it will be. Talked to DH, we will throw the kitchen sink at the problem next and transfer 2 embryos next time (the last 2 provided they survive the thaw). I also want to try to be on v1agra and see if helps with my lining issues. It should expand blood vessels. I will also do things here at home to help where I can. If this doesn't work then we may consider adoption or we may just say "well, now we have more money we can pay for Max to go to MIT or wherever". Adoption terrifies me a bit as it is mostly open adoption now and I don't want to confuse a child more then the 4 grandfathers and 3 grandmothers (and 3 great grandothers that are living) that the child already has. Not to mention my sisters are closer in age to my son then to me. Open adoption would just throw a wrinkle in that! Sorry to be all about me. I will see if I can get back on here later and talk about all of you. mothers that are living) that the child already has. Not to mention my sisters are closer in age to my son then to me. Open adoption would just throw a wrinkle in that! Sorry to be all about me. I will see if I can get back on here later and talk about all of you.
