You should contact eBay/paypal now. How long has it been? If you're the first to contact them perhaps you can get the whole thing written off? Especially if you explain and have proof that she requested additional shipping and said she'd pay for it but hasn't? If it goes past the limit with paypal (45 days) then she won't be able to file.

But... The cheapest alternative is just to cancel and refund her. And it seems air-tight to me as her address was undeliverable and you have proof of that.

Plus, if you cancel and refund the $6, she cannot interfere with it. She can decline and disagree, so you'll be out te eBay fees, but she can't stop the cancellation.

You know you could have gotten your postage refunded at the post office the first time it was returned right? You just print out your DC showing it was returned to you, and take it to the post office.

No I had no idea! TY so much for the info though. My postman told me I had to repay shipping to have anything done for it after it was returned. But he's lazy, so it's good to know now.

I would think if you have the documentation from repeatedly shipping you would be fine. I'm sure she can open a case but if you have your receipts & proof it couldn't be delivered i would be surprised if ebay or paypal would let her have $5
