Last month I had cramps almost daily since ovulation. I'm 2dpo today and it started today.

I feel like I'm broken. Its a very annoying dull achy feeling throughout my entire uterus/tube area...

It is the cyst that forms (corpus leutem) on the ovary you release the egg on. It can be painful for many women.

Do you think its possible to have cramping if you are constipated? I have been for a couple days, and can hardly go..sorry tmi haha. I actually was so uncomfortable last night I had to soak in the tub for 20 minutes before bed.
Since I've been crampy off and on for a couple weeks I went and made an appt at the ob/gyn office anyway, just to be safe.

Oh yes, being constipated will put pressure on your other organs and cause cramping. Try some mirilax in a glass of something. It will help. I know I get crampy if I have not gone in a couple days.

I will try that if my fiber drinks dont work haha. Would it be safe to do a colon cleanse?

Remember that you need to drink more water when you up your fiber intake or it can bind you up more. I woudl not do colon cleanse. I would do mirilax as it is taken while PG for constipation.
