Morning sickness relief.

I know that it's different for everyone... but peanut butter and jelly has been one of the ONLY things that I almost feel completely normal after I eat. I'm not sure if it's the protein in the peanut butter or what, but after I eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread, I get a good 45 minutes to an hour where I have NO nausea at ALL! It's insane! I've yet to find anything else that does this for me...

LEt's put our list of "amazing" foods here, that really seem to help settle the stomach.

Also, Sprite helps. I haven't had one in a couple of weeks as I am trying to stay away from HFCS, but it worked!

Re: Morning sickness relief.

Definately that protein that is helping you out! Try eating some whole spanish nuts or any kind of nut it may really help.

coke for me (one a day since it has caffiene)...not a whole lot else works, sometimes the extra protein..

My Mood:
Mountain Blast Powerade is the only thing that has helped.

With my DD it was Sunkist....but since she is now allergic to all citrus, it makes me wonder.
