Man, this cold is kicking my butt. Had to cancel my run for today. Trying to rest and feel better so I can make my training session tomorrow.

50min total on the cross trainer for 725 calorie burn
10min level 14/20 on the stair mill for 130 calorie burn

I did weights yesterday. I was supposed to go out tonight for girls night but everyone canceled so I will be at the gym when the girls have swim practice. I will probably walk for 45min and do a few extra weights I don't usually have time for.

Had to reschedule trainer session until tomorrow. Cold is till kicking my butt. I've had to take off two days in a row which I NEVER do and I'm feeling a little nuts because of it. Too much energy bottled up in here to not workout. LOL. Back to it hardcore tomorrow.

Ran 5 miles yesterday, 3 mi today. I'll probably do 2 mi tomorrow, rest Friday (I work 12 hr shifts so it's not really rest but I won't be exercising) and then am doing a 5k Saturday morning.

Rest day for me!

I did end up walking last night when the girls had swim team practice and ended up burning another 150.

2 miles in 19 minutes. Pretty good for me considering I had to walk some because my calves are so sore. I didn't want to push too hard since I've got this race on Saturday that I'd like to do well in.
