Diaper Swappers

We had 6 and that was good. Fewer fit in the very beginning and toward time to switch to OS.

I have 12 newborn prefilds, and 20 infant size. I plan on getting some flats and making a few contours as well.

it sounds like you're all set! I bought too many covers and only used 6. we had 24 newborn prefolds and were constantly doing laundry.

We had 10 covers and 24 prefolds. We washed every other day.

I thought the 10 covers was good for us... my DD was a poop *machine*!

It depends on if you are fastening the diaper or not. If the diaper is fastened, then yes. If you are trifolding/padfolding, then I'd say 2 more.
