Help with fabrics....

I've asked this before so I thought I'd try again and see if anyone can help. I saw a tutorial about extending prefolds by adding a knit fabric to the top to make them have extended tabs. Well I live in the middle of nowhere with a sorry excuse for a fabric store. I was hoping you lovely ladies can link me to some fabrics online that are guarenteed snappi friendly. Pwwwwwease and thank you. I have ppl just waiting to be spent lol

Re: Help with fabrics....

In my opinion, cotton knits (like interlock) are snappi friendly, but they don't grab as easily as other fabrics like cotton twill, birdseye or a looped terry. It definitely would work...I just prefer a looped terry like bamboo loop terry or bamboo baby loop terry if you want a really good grasp. If you are looking for a cotton knit for a print, I'd just search for 100% cotton interlock. It's definitely snappi-able but not as easily as other weaves of fabric. Hope that helps!
