Do you think there's a difference between the two? IMO without caps, it merely means you allow the Lord to set your family size, the latter means that Dad is in charge, and that Mom is subservient to him. Eric and I are the former.

Re: Difference between quiverfull and Quiverfull
I never thought of any difference. When I see it I assume it is allowing the Lord to determine family size. I never assume it means the family believes in patriarchy, but, generally it does run hand-in-hand. In our family, both are true.

I never knew there were two meanings to it. I always thought the word meant leaving the family size to God. I guess I feel like my partner and I are equal.

Re: Difference between quiverfull and Quiverfull
I feel like my hubby and I are equal, for sure, but I submit to him out of choice and my desire to follow Biblical standards. Not because I am any less than him.

I guess half of my post disappeared! It was supposed to say submissive and created equal are two different things. God sees us as equal and a team, but the husband is the head, seeing as how you can only have one successful leader. As for the decision, my hubby is the head, but things like that don't go without a discussion ;-). Just my thoughts!
