I have been in the weight loss game for a year officially today!
Loving this new lifestyle!!!

My starting weight was 274 and Ive lost 86 lbs to date!

CURRENT WEIGHT:188.7
GOAL WEIGHT: 140

Welcome to both of you! Deja congrats on all your loss and your anniversary!! I have been at this since 2009 and got pregnant a few years ago that set me back a bit. Working on it again I hope to be in the hundreds soon.

I am STILL 173. I didnt loose one stupid lb this week. Im okay with it. I knwo it takes a while. I did good and cut out all the late night eating (besides two nights) I hate slad for lunch at work except one day i went and got subway. I haven't really worked out as of yet though....Usually I take the dogs for an nice wlak but this week I got out WAY too late for work. The good news is I have been playuing borderlands 2 a lot..which means when I play I don't eat HAHAHAHA

I always allow a healthy snack around 9. Like grapes or the like. This gives my body fuel so I don't wake starving.
