I get 1200 cal per day based on no excersize. Then another 300 for breastfeeding. I thought you only got 300 cal for EBFing?

hmm. My thing says 500. anyone can put it in though so who knows. I I get a little exercise here and there but I put it in separately when I do. I am 198 today . I did take a break from calorie counting for a couple days so I guess I just need to bite the bullet and get back to it. I swear my SO is trying sabotage me! He keeps coming home with ice cream..he's trying to be sweet but I have a really hard time resisting ice cream!

300 for bfing and older baby, basically one that has solids too. 500 for ebf a littler one.

Then I get more calories, wow! I am having a hard time eating the 300....LOL!! He does eat once per day, but he still mostly breastfeeds. He nurses all night and all day, even before and after his veggies for dinner at night.

Lol! They can do that. Mine knew i was having a bad day and DH went and got him and ODD forbidden peanut butter ice cream and me fro-yo. He has been gaining maga brownie points lately. He got me a kettlebell for workouts too!

ok ladies. the OP is updated. LMK if I missed someone.

AFM, I was 145.8 this morning. woot woot! I'm going to try not to get caught up in weighing daily. I will drive myself nuts. I'm supposed to lift today, but I'm lazy, so I'm not. And you can't make me!! I'm just going to eat well and go running tomorrow.

Best thing I did was get a kettlebell. My arms hurt something fierce!

How do you use a kettlebell? Arent you supposed to swing it or something? I have a set of cap dumbbells, plus extra 10 pound plates.
