I am trying. I am not used to this. I am used to start losing and then lose like 10 lbs in a couple weeks then stall again. I know I need to eat to lose weight, but it is so hard to keep doing it when i just gain. Hopefully, I will start to lose soon. I ate pecans last night, maybe I will skip those from now on...LOL! Hmm pecans could be the culprit.

Yeah - I am thinking they are too. I will stay away from them today. I am worried about eating ham tonight. You know how much sodium they have! If I gain tomorrow, I will cry. I drink a ton of water, hopefully that will help.

Eat a banana or two today to the potassium will help counter the sodium.
