LOL too funny. Ok, no more Chinese.
I ended up having a ice cream sandwich too. Today was all crap. well, breakfast and my morning snack were good. Dinner will be a salad.

I'm wondering if I should quit the whole SBD diet phase 1 thing and just stay away from carbs and sugars. I kinda miss fruits, and there's pears, strawberries and grapes on sale and they sound freakin' awesome for snacks

I would. But I don't like giving up fruit so SBD is not for me

Sorry I've been AWOL for a while. I haven't been feeling good. This morning I weighed at 196.5 so yay there. I've pretty much been maintaining between 196 and 199 the last week. We have family visiting on the 24th so I should really buckle down now b/c were probably going to go out to eat a lot while they're here.

I also am used to eating fruit. Those are free on WW and really low cal on the MFP. Veggies are another I am used to eating a lot of. I could not do the SBD, I don't think. I will be being good until the 21st when I go out for my birthday. I am doing sushi again, so there is a 2 lbs gain I am sure. LOL! I am hoping to lose a couple of pounds before that. I am down a few ounces today to 155.1 and hopefully without counting my breastfeeding calories, I can start really losing again.

Yeah - I was able to feed him and then pump off another 2 ounces after. I have not been able to do that in forever. I got my let down back and leak again. It is worth the extra weight gain to have my breastmilk stable.
