Yeah - that is the hardest part. Good thing is that DH cooks with EVOO and even though meat is lean, it still has fat on it. My coffee creamer has fat in it...LOL! I do not eat a huge amount of fat. I just got used to low fat foods and have never really looked back...LOL!!

I should get some avacodo, I will tomorrow when I go shopping. I have to bring the kids with me, but it should be a pretty good shop. My 3 yr old tends to be better in the store than at home. THe 4 yr old will be at school. The baby I will wear in the beco. That will burn a few calories.

honestly my biggest culprits are chocolate milk and ice cream. I guess I could get fruit popcicles and try that.

I keep fruit and veggies always in my fridge. I always have popcorn in hand to make. I also drink tons of water. Grapes are my normal go to night snack attack food.
popcorn would be a great idea but we don't have a microwave.

Frozen fruit and popcorn are what I keep around. Frozen fruit tastes like candy and is so refreshing. Popcorn for that chip like yearning. I used to be a huge night time snacker and when on WW I would save the majority of my points for night time and I still lost weight due to eating within my calorie range. Maybe eat really conservative during the day so you have enough calories to have some junk at night.
thats a good idea. I'll have to try it.

Hilary - get a popcorn popper for your counter. THe popcorn has fewer calories as you add your own stuff to it. I get shakes that are made for popcorn with little to no calories in it. Makes the popcorn much healthier than the microwave crap. I use 0 cal butter spray and cheese shake for a low cal snack.

Frozen fruit is great for beating the need for ice cream. It is cold, sweet, and refreshing. It is also very low on calories so you can eat a lot of it.

I have an old style popper that goes on the stove, butter spray and lemon pepper. I also eat frozen yogurt.
