Really don't want to weigh in the morning guys.... I was doing so good in the beginning but the past few weeks life has just been a little to much for me. I have fallen off the wagon and right back into the eat everything in sight plan I really wish I was one of those girls who can't eat when they are stressed!!

bleh me too. I did so good today up till about 1/2 hr ago. Stayed within 1500 cal, walked 2miles on the treadmill and then 3 hours of homework and with the kids and the baby getting into everything while I was doing that I wound up eating a oatmeal cookie. I guess it's all a process, right? *sigh*

Ok weighed myself, 195.5!! I haven't even pee'd yet!

Well things moved a bit for me. I am down to 152.9 again. So a total of 20 lbs down so far. Now to keep losing and not gain again. I did not eat all my calories yesterday, but I am okay with that. I had a big dinner to make up for not wanting lunch. I just was not hungry. I was kinda suprised that I lost after eating a few french fries last night. DH cooked them in the deep fryer where I cannot resist them.
