So more sugary drink so that I would stop shivering and a small piece of chicken so that wouldn't lead me into another crash. Seriously what is wrong with me? Gah. Didn't feel good the rest of the day (nauseous) so I ate a greek yogurt for dinner and another piece of chicken later on when I did get a little hungry. I walked 2 miles on the treadmill.

Does anyone else get these? I know I've had them a couple times before but never this bad. Feel like I may have lost a little bit, I might cave and go get a battery for my scale today.
I have. Since I cut soda out completely I have not had but a few. Mostly when I have a soda or when I eat wheat.

Yes, I hadn't had a "real" soda in a couple weeks. I guess that's as good a reason as I'll ever get to keep that habit up! Yikes.

I would kick soda all together not just real.

I found switching to a natural flavored seltzer at first helped with the missing bubbles. I also got a brita water bottle and keep it in the fridge so when I'm thirsty I grab it and drink. It helps me up my water intake

Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

I need to make some green tea and keep it in the fridge. I don't miss the soda really, so long as I have my morning coffee I'm good. It's just when we're out and most of the drink choices are soda that I fold and want one. I need to start carrying a bottle of water with me everywhere.

Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

I'm been MIA for awhile, I was so disappointed after less than a pound loss after all of my walking, that I fell of the diet train....

Anyway I weighed this morning and I"m up 2.0 to 218.4......

Hopefully I'll be able to keep with it a little better......

Another REALLY bad day. Really bad. One word: Culver's.

What? but you're so encouraging to everyone else!

I ate out last night, today and tonight. I feel sick. I also had a few bites of ice cream cake
I feel fat and bloated. Mostly bloated because I know I had too much sodium. Oh well. I plan to eat well until sunday. I'm meeting my dad and sister at a Japanese restaurant for lunch. We are celebrating (?? honoring??) my mom's 2-yr anni since her passing. Then the following weekend, we are staying one night at the Disney resort here. My dad got an awesome rate ($125 a night. Regular price for locals is $300 a night. I don't even know how much regular price is) and they have a super cool water park so my dad got my family a room for the night so my kids can use the pool. Him and his gf are staying there too so they want to do dinner one night for my bday. It's all about smart choices right?
Today I had luch a Ruby Tues and I just love salad bars!
