Sometimes I fluctuate 5 lbs from night to day ... depending on how much water I drink. It's crazy. One pound up midday would be encouraging to me! I think you're safe

hi ladies! I'm back down to 147. Not where I was before the weekend but it's going down. I think I'm going to practically drown myself in water today in hopes of flushing out the junk. It's going to be a salad with a little chicken on it for dinner tonight!

oh, and I just found out DH's family is doing dinner tomorrow night for hid gpa's bday and mine. I am grateful but geez. why is there so much eating out this month?

I actually weigh more first thing in the morning I blame dd for sttn!

The scale hasn't been moving for me, but I have been exercising most days, and my diet is improving (although there's still LOTS of room for improvement). Baby steps...

I have my B-day this month and then the holidays, so I here ya! I do better resisting the holidays then going out to dinner for sushi.

If DS does not nurse close to weigh in, first thing in the AM, then I am up too.

MUCH better day for me today. Lots of fruits and veggies. Banana for breakfast. Grapes for lunch with a greek yogurt. Another banana for a snack, and more grapes. A salad and chicken for dinner. LOTS of water!
Plus I got in a 30 min high intensity spin and a long walk after dinner . Hope I go down from where I was this AM ...
