Crud I knew I should have avoided the scale!!! I'm at 236.6 man that's not good at all.

Don't worry, it will go back down. Look at me. I went up like 4 lbs forever and finally lost 5 lbs. Took forever, but it is starting to go down. Yours will too.

I actually think I lost. I am on AF, I had breakfast and had not gone to the potty. So I figure I'm actually a lot less when it's all said and done.

I'm not touching the scale again until Monday!
