Maybe one of THESE will work for you. My DH insisted I take OTC stool softeners after my c-section last year because he's had experience with pain pills causing severe constipation.

I'm down to 244.8! It's a 5-lb loss over about 2 weeks. I'm on day 5 of the 30 day shred (and it's totally kicking my butt! My 7-year old keeps asking me if I'm going to die. Poor kid!) and I'm eating better over all. I'm a major stress eater, and I do have trouble with that sometimes, but helps being more aware of it. And I don't want to sabotage my exercising efforts, so that helps too.

Pizza for lunch i had 3 small pieces, whereas before id probably eat more than that. Progress right.
I'm trying to figure out a happy medium. I dont want to never be able to eat foods i love you know. But i dont want it to be where i eat whatever and i just gain weight. I'm fine sticking to mostly salads now, but it doesn't seem like a forever thing to me.

Progress is good Great actually. No one should be forced to live on salads.
