oh my gosh me too with the constipation.
 I need to drink more water. Dropped back to 193 today. was hoping for a drop but I'll take not gaining, I guess. LOL Funny how your priorities lower when you see the numbers go up.

Ok so I got on the scale because today is my 60th day tracking. I weighed
234.4 so no change! I'll take it because I was up two days ago! Hopefully after AF I will have a great loss!
