Losing inches is the best. I actually feel guilty for going out for my birthday now that I broke the 140s.

New:
172 lbs.

So not much of a change, but at least it's not up!! I haven't been trying too hard this week, still struggling with finding that motivation. At least I'm holding steady though, hoping I can figure out how to get in the swing of things soon.

Nice!

I am 194.6 this morning! We had originally guessed my pre pregnancy weight at 195 but I didn't own a scale so It could have easily been 185.I'm almost back in all my clothes though!

Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

Well, I'm at 143.4 this morning, which is +1 lb from last Friday . But I was 145.8 last night, so I'm glad I'm not that much up from last week. I'm a little discouraged though because I thought I was doing really well this week. I know I need to drink more water though. I've been drinking about 1/2 a gallon each day and aiming for a gallon, so I guess that's what I will concentrate on this week.

Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

I weighed in at 174.4 this morning. Not bad considering my stretch of indulgences. So let's see, that's a 3.6 lb loss in a week. And since I'm below 175, I get to get my haircut!!!! (It was a mini goal I set for myself). So, appointment made at swanky salon .
Thanks for all of the motivation ladies!
BTW, Kimmie that's AWESOME that you're below 150! I'm so impressed by EVERYONE!!!

Keep up the good work. I had a two week stretch where I gained 4 lbs and finally lost 6 to get down. It drove me crazy as I was doing everything right.

Yes, I will have to do that. I will have bananas at home this time and will drink a ton of water all day.
