Ugh, I had another bad weekend... Birthday party for a cousin = cream cheese frosting-topped cake, carameled apples, pulled pork sandwiches, and lots of creamy delicious dips. Today was PapaMurphy Sunday and cosmic brownie sides. Skittles too. Right now I'm up 3. Sigh.
Back to it tomorrow. Starting the week with an all veggie/fruit day.
Hope you mamas fared better!!

So I'm up .6lbs but that's ok because I just got off AF, my abs are sore from my sat exercise, and I had not used the potty yet.

I really want to weigh again, but I ate breakfast so it would probably still be up if not more. Oh well tomorrow maybe.

You do know you just have I enter in the ingredients and it does it for you right

I went out for my birthday and am up 3 as well. Do not feel bad.

Having to go potty does a gain for me too.

I gained 3 pounds for my birthday Now to buckle down, drink a ton of water, and get rid of it.

Yeah but I threw the wrapper for the brand of chips and stuff away already and don't want to figure it out. I'm back on now though! No more cookies for me!
