Don't be. You can do this. Remember this is marathon not a 5k.

Lol how long is a marathon again? I don't even have the 5k down yet. I'm on week 2 day 3 of c25k. I kwym though . Thanks. It's just so easy to get discouraged when you stall or even slide back a bit when you are busting your butt and eating well and you see nothing to show for it . Plus my kids are sick and I'm getting very little sleep. I guess it's the perfect storm for discouragement to brew in.

That really is a perfect storm. I totally understand. Have you done your measurements not jut weight? You might have lost inches. I know when the scale doesn't move to check my measurements.

I do, but I lost in some areas and gained in others so it didn't make me feel any better . So I restarted 30ds today and did c25k after. Then I made a big pot of chili for dinner hopefully this weeks weigh in and measure will be more encouraging.

Crossing my finger for you. I have been stuck at 235/234 for over a week. I really need to get losing again.

Re: The 25lb Challenge October thread

So far so good over here. DH and I are doing a 10 day juice cleanse, today was day 1 and other than needing to have half a cup of coffee to get rid of the caffeine withdrawal headache I had, I managed to stick with it. Really feeling foggy and tired and achy, but hopefully in a few days I'll feel better than I did when I started! Weighed myself this morning, and I was 171 lbs so at least I'm losing again.

Good job my friend lost 10lbs on a week juice cleanse. She said she felt her best that week.
