you guys are too funny. I broke the no carb thing myself. I left DS at my grandma's house so I could run errands. When I cam eback she had made me a tuna sandwich. I didn't have the heart to tell her i brought lunch and I can't have carbs. So I ate it (whole wheat at least and little mayo) with carrots and homemade hummus.
