I gained water weight from eating pepperoni last night. I did not eat much but gained back my half pound. I am 151.5 this AM. Hopefully it goes away soon. I am ready to be out of the 150s finally. I am glad I am staying under my prebaby weight, but want to be smaller now...LOL!

I'm going back down... Thank goodness.
Question for you ladies though. I need some tips and tricks to keep up motivation. I do well with exercising every day, and I make healthy food choices until about 5:00PM-then I start on junk convincing myself my weight is fine or I can start again tomorrow. Then after I eat badly I am mad at myself and grouchy towards the whole family. My motivation was so good for the first 20lbs....now it's sloping off . I need your help! What do you do to remind yourself how important weight loss is for your health and well-being?

I do better than I used to. I used to eat all night and just recently broke my need to snack at night. I tell myself I will gain and it stops me.

This is my motivation:

I'm paying myself $5 per pound, and I can't spend it until I meet my goal. So far this has satisfied my need for instant gratification, plus I'll actually have money for new clothes once I reach my goal. I have it up on the fridge so that it's staring me in the face Also, I just don't buy junk snacks any more because I don't need the temptation and hubby doesn't need to eat it either. My only other advice is to make your healthy options easy. Like, I know that I'm lazy so I buy bags of pre-washed salad and baby carrots. Bulk veg would be more thrifty, but I know I won't take the time to prep it.
