193 this am...I'll take it. I'm so glad I'm losing! We are moving soon so I'm probably not going to lose much b/c we have to eat up all the food in our house. At least most of it's healthy.

Ok I don't see a NOV thread yet so I'll post here.

Btw you all have even doing great. Sorry I haven't even around. I had no power and shotty service for a day then yesterday was reset day.

I am starting Nov off right with a 1.5 loss this morning!!! Yay :loseit: I am so excited. That puts me so close to being outta the 230's!!!

175.2...after Halloween. Ugh. I've gained and lost for the past two weeks to come out even from when I started this group. Next week will definitely show loss.
BTW, thanks for all of the motivation tips! I'm doing ok with longer term motivation... It's just the in-the-moment willpower when looking down delicious foods. That instant gratification wins sometimes and I need to figure out how to suppress that.

I started Nov in the 140s!!! I am 149.5 this AM...what a great start to a new month. I was shocked. Now to just stay in the 140s!
