I was talking to DH about what we should do, and he says:
"What if you stuck a beach ball under your shirt when we meet them at the airport? We could be all, 'hope there's a doctor on this flight!'"

I haven't quite figured it out yet. There are a few people who already know (my mom, MIL, my best friends and my DH works with my cousins husband and told him so they know as well) I was thinking of somehow using the u/s picture. I did take a picture of my youngest holding the u/s picture but I want to be slightly sneaky about it and see how many people notice/catch on

Scene - Family Thanksgiving
(My parents, DH's parents and brother, my uncle, aunt, and cousin, DH, DD, and I)

Me: What's your name?
DD: My name is Caroline.
Me: How old are you?
DD: Two.
Me: What are you thankful for?
DD: I'm gonna be a big sister!

TOTAL SHOCK ON EVERY FACE! It was just perfect!

We happened to be doing our family picture around the time we wanted to reveal. We bought DS a "Big Brother" book. The photographer took pictures of him reading it. Then we showed everyone the pic when it came back. Lots of fun!
