Mine always seem to get better about 15-30 minutes after I drink 2 glasses of water. I have read that tea can be a diuretic, actually dehydrating you. I am not sure what type of tea it is, but something to check. But then, so can coke so if that helped then maybe its not dehydration.

I noticed a small headache yesterday afternoon that just progressively got worse until lastnight. I laid on the couch with a hot pack on my head for about two hours. I took some tylenol and ate a snack, and it started to feel better. It was almost at the point where I was feeling the urge to puke, and I really can't go there right now. I'm puking enough as it is. I HATE taking tylenol (or anything) during pregnancy, but if I don't take something, the headache progresses to an unbearable stage.
