My Mood:
Will this work? - handmade soaker for gdiaper

Ok, my DD has been peeing out of her g's. It's getting really annoying. I've tried "boosters" made of 3 layers of flannel, 4 layers of flannel, terry cloth, and 3 layers of tshirt jersey. None of those have been 100% successful. Closest I've come was the flannel. But I've got to add that to the gcloth and it gets rather bulky.

Here is a pic of what I made this afternoon.

It's 3 microfiber layers covered by a fleece layer on either side. I didn't think about the fact that fleece repels...Should I remake it with fleece on only one side? Or will this do what it was made to do?

Thanks, mama's!!

That looks pretty close to what I use in my Gs. Mine have fleece on both sides as well, and never had a problem

looks good some people use like fleece sleeves think cotton babies socks or the we hugger fleece soaker covers which would put the stay dry both under and over. They work great.
My favorite bought inserts when we used the G diapers were to fleece topped hemp ones from cottonwood diapers.
