I do turned and top stitched.

This is the inside of a fitted I made for my sisters baby. It shows the attatched soaker. All I had for sewing on my machine was straight stitch. No serger, no zig zag.

Does anyone cut their diapers out with a rotary cutter or electric scissors?

I'm wondering what's the fastest method. C'mon WAHMs share with us how you cut out so many diapers quickly.

I always use a rotary cutter. I'm too lazy for scissors!

Here's a pile I did a couple of weeks ago for a friend's baby shower. There's 10 each XS and Small fitted, 4 covers, 2 pockets and 2 wet bags.

I was going to T&T mine too until I get my serger back..... or wait until I get my serger then whip them out quickly. I'm hoping to get it this weekend. Although I could probably go bug my future BIL and see if he's home to let me rummage through my sister's craft room to collect it lol

Great question, I was thinking if using the rotary would have been easier yesterday when cutting fabric. It was a little tedious.

Seeing all the pictures has really got me wanting to try to make some! I am much appreciative of the pattern! Now I am wondering where to find some basic instructions. I can cut the pattern and place the snaps, but this will be my first attempt with a serger and am not sure how to approach the elastic? any tips or links to a quick tutorial? thanks!
