I'm 155 and barely a 10, but I'm a shortie only 5' 5" (ok not super short but not tall either) and often have to hem pants up to fit.

Oh, and this halloween candy is going to be the death of me
I am 5' 4" and a size 8/10 at 155 lbs too. I think it is about how tall you are and shape. At 169 I am a 12 -14 if I remember correctly. I am 149 and in an 8 barely right now.

I'm 5'9" so that definitely helps to spread out the weight, lol. I'm barely in an 8. 10s are too big and 8s are a tad tight. I wish they made 9s bc that be perfect! I'd like to fit comfortably in a 6 but that could be tough for me since I'm tall and i have a medium build. I think it's time to take another progress pic... That really helps me keep motivated bc I can see the progress in a picture.

I went on a long bike ride yesterday. I told myself if I rode my bike clear to the dairy I could buy a thing of cream and have cream on my rice pudding for dessert. Got all the way there and they were out of cream for the day. Oh, well, at least I got a good ride in.
