We had tuna casserole made with fresh veggies, barley and scratch cream of mushroom 'soup.' As comfort foods go, it's a favorite around here.

I tried a new recipe- we had tuna creole over rice. It's cheap, easy, and pretty good!

Hot Roast beef (sometimes cheese) on a hoagie roll with au jus gravy to dip it in. Yum is right. My favorite is with crock pot roast beef. It is now on the menu later in the week... it's best when the hoagies are toasted with butter/garlic spread.
