Trader Joe's carries coconut milk yogurt and ice cream. Substituting almond milk in cooking works great too! I lost a lot of weight when I was dairy free.

This is good. I used to be able to buy a milk free store brand muffin mix that they discontinued. Grrrrr.

I just want to say good for you. We had some worries about my daughter having this problem and I gave up "obvious milk" for two weeks. I think I would've given up BF even though it would've broken my heart.
