alternative to Poly Vi Sol vitamins?
Looking for a more natural vitamin for my 12 month old, at least without artificial colors/flavors. She is still BFing. Prefer drops or powder that I can put on her foods. Thanks!

Re: alternative to Poly Vi Sol vitamins?
I've been using Nature's Plus Baby Plex. It is a liquid dropper. My DD just takes it straight in her mouth and likes the natural flavor. You can find it inexpensively at Vitacost.com

Re: alternative to Poly Vi Sol vitamins?
I just bought some Poly Vi Sol and took one whiff of it and almost gagged! I highly doubt DD will take it unless I force her. Looking for an alternative as well. We need something with iron in it.

Vitacost probably has what you need. We don't do the tri, here. We just do the vitamin d; but it's just in olive oil. No weird funky smell or colors or flavors...

We use Rugby Tri-vitamin drops. They're much more pleasant than poly-vitamin drops and the flavoring is all-natural.

We use Juice Plus chewies. I just cut them up. Great independent research behind it.

Re: alternative to Poly Vi Sol vitamins?
So glad you posted about this! I tried the Poly Vi Sol vitamins before I was going to give them to my son and wanted to throw up they tasted so bad! So there is no way I was going to give them to him after that!

Re: alternative to Poly Vi Sol vitamins?
Some of it dripped on my DD's clothes the first time I tried to give it to her. I could still smell that nastiness after I washed her shirt!
