Dr is having me do a blood draw today and then again on Wed. I'm spotting again today, but the test lines are getting darker. I'm trying so hard to stay positive!! Think HIGH numbers for me please!

I hope your numbers are nice and high. You always hear about people who spot a lot and even think they've had a period and miss the early weeks of pregnancy because of it.

Good luck! I'm a pregnancy bleeder- I bled a ton with both of my babies and they were just fine. This early stage is so hard, because you never know if it's just random spotting or something more serious. I hope your numbers are high today!

exactly!! I've never even spotted before so this is really scary for us. The nurse was so sweet and said it could be a chemical (and mentioned how much she hates that term) and had I not been charting I never would have even caught it! Or it could be unexplained bleeding. Basically, only the blookwork will answer it at this point.

My spotting only lasted for that one bathroom visit today...almost like it was leftover that hadn't "fallen out" yet from yesterday.

PRaying for great numbers! My last pg, I had heavy spotting/light bleeding on and off for the first 8 weeks, turns out I had a complete previa, but my little one is fine and sitting here blowing spit bubbles at me :-)

Fingers crossed for you. I'm going through the same thing and my numbers are going up! So it can happen. Especially if your tests are getting darker. The same happened with my son too. I did have 3 chemicals in between but from my experience they don't stick around long enough for tests to darken.

Here is a comparison. The top is FMU yesterday. The bottom is SMU only held for 2hrs today

Those are how mine looked at 11 and 12 dpo on $tree tests. I tested last night, 13 dpo, and got a very dark positive. Do you mind me asking what kind of spotting? Active bright red or brown old blood? Keep testing, mama! I think it looks promising!
